Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data VPNDT processes while providing cross-border network acceleration services, why it is processed, how long it is kept, and how users can access and delete it.

Last updated: September 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to all marketing pages and the user panel under the vpndt.com domain. The user panel is where accounts are created, plans are purchased, subscriptions are retrieved and tickets are submitted; the data processed there follows this policy as well.

This policy does not apply to third-party websites and services that users reach through this service. Those sites have their own privacy rules, and their data collection practices are not related to this service.

2. Data Collected and How It Is Used

Creating an account for this service requires only a username and a password — no email address. The following categories of data are processed for accounts, billing and service operation:

  • Account data: username, password (stored in irreversible encrypted form, never in plain text), account creation time and last login time. Used to identify the account, keep the session active and detect unusual logins.
  • Order and billing data: the name of the plan or data package, the amount, the payment method (Alipay / WeChat / USDT), the order and activation times, and remaining traffic. Used to activate the service, calculate data allowances, process the 60-day no-questions-asked refund and reconcile accounts.
  • Device and connection statistics: client type and version (Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux), connection start and end times, and the total traffic consumed by the account. Used to troubleshoot connection issues, verify data allowances and keep accounts secure.
  • Site visit statistics: page views, referral source, browser and device type, and approximate region. Used to judge which content is useful to users and to find broken links and page errors.

The data above is used only to provide the service, handle billing and troubleshoot problems; it is not shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary for payment and refund processing.

3. No-Log Stance and Connection Data

This service does not record which websites users visit, does not keep connection logs that could reconstruct specific browsing activity, and does not record DNS query contents. All that operation requires is statistical information such as total traffic and connection times, used for billing and troubleshooting.

Connection statistics are stored in aggregate per account and are not linked to specific destinations; raw connection details beyond what billing requires are not retained.

On retention: connection times and traffic statistics are kept for as long as the account exists, for allowance checks and billing disputes; after an account is closed they are deleted or anonymized as described in section 6.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

The site uses a small number of cookies and browser local storage, limited to the following purposes:

  • Remembering your language preference so it does not have to be chosen again on every visit;
  • Keeping you signed in to the user panel so you do not have to log in again after closing the page;
  • Remembering interface preferences, such as the last server group or tab you viewed.

This data is used only for these purposes and not for advertising tracking. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings; after clearing, you will need to log in again and the language preference will return to its default.

5. Payment and Third-Party Processing

Payment for plans and data packages is handled through third-party payment channels: Alipay, WeChat and USDT. Account information submitted on the payment page is processed by the relevant channel; this service neither accesses nor stores full payment account credentials.

Once an order is complete, this service receives only the order number, amount, payment method and payment status, used to activate the service, process refunds and reconcile accounts. Payment channels apply their own privacy policies to the data they process.

6. Data Retention, Deletion and Policy Updates

  • Retention period: account data and order records are kept for as long as the account exists. After an account is closed, billing and order records are kept until the refund window and reconciliation process end, then deleted or anonymized. Data packages last until used up and never expire; their remaining allowance records follow the life of the account.
  • Deletion and correction: to access, correct or delete account data, submit a request through the ticket entry in the user panel (Go to tickets). After identity verification, this service will complete the request within a reasonable period; records tied to an unsettled refund or billing dispute are kept until that matter is resolved.
  • Policy updates: when this policy is updated, the date at the top of this page is updated as well. Material changes to the scope of data or the purposes of use will be explained in a site announcement, with reasonable notice before they take effect.
